About the Role
Scale Twilio's partner ecosystem and drive regional pipeline through joint co-marketing and through-partner demand generation. You will connect internal sales teams with partner leadership, support co-selling, manage marketing investments, and measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven, multi-quarter co-marketing plans and joint GTM strategies against regional pipeline targets.
- Use account mapping, including platforms such as Crossbeam, to execute 1:1 ABM campaigns and scalable digital partner toolkits.
- Work with Product Marketing on joint messaging, solution briefs, and branded assets.
- Run field campaigns, executive roundtables, workshops, and major industry event sponsorships to acquire new customers.
- Deliver turnkey through-partner demand-generation programs and grow adoption of the Twilio Partner Portal.
- Equip partner sales and BDR teams with outreach playbooks, scripts, and email sequences.
- Enforce lead-routing rules and follow-up SLAs to minimize channel conflict and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Manage budgets, fiscal compliance, and co-marketing ROI; report pipeline performance in Salesforce for Quarterly Business Reviews.
Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of relevant marketing experience in enterprise cloud or SaaS.
- Demonstrated co-marketing success with major cloud vendors, GSIs, SIs, or ISVs.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management platforms, and account-mapping tools such as Crossbeam.
- Strong analytical skills across budgets, lead-routing SLAs, pipeline attribution, and ROI.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across sales, product marketing, and partner executives.
