About the Role

As an embedded member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll manage and optimize day-to-day acquisition campaigns. The focus is tactical execution: adjusting bids and budgets, refreshing creative, cleaning up search terms, and running experiments that improve efficiency and sustain growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid social and paid search campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing bids, budgets, audiences, and creative.
• Refresh ad copy, creative assets, and extensions with internal teams.
• Run structured tests across copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages to identify and scale strong performers.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, and cost per purchase to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for weekly reviews.
• Support new channels and campaign types, including YouTube and Demand Gen.
• Partner on tracking and measurement to improve optimization signals, and use paid media technology to manage campaigns and budgets at scale.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns.
• Proven success managing seven-figure monthly budgets and meeting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Deep proficiency with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, including campaign structure, automation, and creative optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to adjust quickly based on performance data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with Pinterest, Reddit, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Experience in high-AOV consumer, healthcare, or wellness categories is a plus.
• US work authorization at the time of hire without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
