About the Role
Dabble is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning and delivery of campaigns that connect with its audience and stand out in a competitive market. This role owns campaigns from idea through execution, working across Trading, CRM, Acquisition, Community, creative teams, and agencies to deliver cohesive and commercially aligned marketing activity.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and coordination of marketing activity across performance, brand, and campaign initiatives.
- Drive strategic campaign development and day-to-day execution across racing, sport, emerging markets, and iGaming.
- Work with teams across the business to develop, execute, and measure campaigns tied to key events and product launches.
- Help develop and deliver innovative campaigns designed to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across teams and customer touchpoints.
- Deliver regular reporting on campaign and business performance, with insights that inform marketing strategy.
- Coordinate team outputs in line with key events and product releases.
- Provide hands-on support across operations and campaign delivery when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or campaign management roles.
- Experience in sports betting or other regulated markets preferred, but not essential.
- Proven ability to work with creative teams and agencies and drive collaboration across teams.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
- End-to-end campaign management experience, from briefing through to post-campaign reporting.
- Ability to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Results driven, self motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per year, with room to be flexible.
- Bonus: Up to 10% annual cash bonus based on Company performance metrics.
