We are a fast-growing company that owns and operates a family of high-impact gym and streetwear apparel brands. We’re on a mission to build powerful communities and create products that inspire. We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketing lead to own our retention channels and drive our next phase of growth.
Working hours: 8AM–4PM UK (possible tweaks)
Salary: Competitive and based on experience. {$36000 - $45000}
What You’ll Do (The Role):
As the in-house Head of the Email & SMS Marketing department, you will be the driving force behind the growth and profitability of our email and SMS channels. You will own the entire retention strategy from end to end.
- Lead the Vision: Craft and execute a data-driven strategy for our brands in Klaviyo., with a relentless focus on increasing customer lifetime value and driving growth.
- Manage & Mentor: Lead and organize our small but talented email marketing team, managing the entire workflow from concept to execution.
- Write Engaging Copy: Craft compelling, on-brand copy for campaigns, flows, and pop-ups that resonates deeply with our gym and streetwear community.
- Collaborate on Creative: Work closely with our design and content teams to brainstorm and produce visually stunning, high-performing marketing assets.
- Collaborate Closely With Other Departments: Consolidate strategies and be a proactive member of the team by contributing with your insights.
- Analyze & Optimize: Dive deep into both Shopify and Klaviyo performance data, create and analyze A/B tests, and relentlessly optimize every part of our program to improve key metrics.
