Position Overview:

As a Junior Trade Marketing Specialist for Eastern Europe, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and driving the trade marketing efforts across the region. Your focus will be on managing daily customer support, coordinating small events and promotions, and building strong relationships with customers. This position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience within the tyre industry and/or tyre retail, eager to grow within the company and expand their skillset across multiple markets.

In this role, you will assist with the implementation of trade marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness at the local level, and provide daily support to the sales team and customers. Your work will directly impact the success of regional sales efforts and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Marketing Support: Assist the sales and marketing team in implementing trade marketing strategies, including promotional events, campaigns, and local customer engagement activities.
• Customer Interaction: Provide daily support to customers by addressing inquiries, offering product information, and ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
• Event and Promotion Coordination: Organize and execute small-scale events and promotions to drive product visibility and customer engagement.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between trade marketing efforts and sales targets, providing necessary resources and materials for the sales team to succeed.
• Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback, monitor promotional performance, and identify opportunities for improvement to continually optimize trade marketing initiatives.
• Regional Focus: Support the expansion and execution of trade marketing activities across Eastern Europe, tailoring strategies to meet the specific needs of each market.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on trade marketing activities and their impact on customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience in the tyre industry within the Eastern European market is required.
• Based in Eastern Europe to ensure deep market understanding and effective local collaboration.
• Fluency in English, other Eastern European languages are plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Holding a valid driver’s license
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within Eastern Europe to support local marketing activities.
