Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview:

We are hiring both Senior Software Engineers to join a brand-new Platform Engineering team. You’ll work closely with the Director and VP of Engineering to help design and build a greenfield B2B SaaS product from the ground up.

As a senior engineer, you'll take ownership over key areas of the platform, help design the initial architecture, lead development efforts, and mentor junior engineers as the team grows.

This is a rare opportunity to get in early on a high-impact product and help shape its future direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to build scalable, cloud-native software solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust, developer-facing and B2B APIs.
• Design and optimize systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build applications using AWS cloud services.
• Contribute to establishing coding standards and technical best practices.
• (Senior level) Lead technical design discussions, mentor team members, and guide architectural decisions.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript (React & Node.js)
• Experience building and integrating with APIS (B2B or developer-facing experience is ideal).
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud services.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to Java or Kotlin.
• Previous experience working in startups or FinTech environments.
