About the Company:
Sagan represents a growing dietary supplement company focused on direct response marketing through conversion funnel optimization. The team operates in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, prioritizing strategic marketing initiatives and measurable growth through direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
Position Overview:
The Technical Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing marketing technology operations, optimizing conversion funnels, and coordinating between agency partners and internal teams. This role requires strong project management skills, technical marketing knowledge, and aligning marketing strategies with the CEOs vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between multiple marketing agencies (CRO, media buying, retention, development) to ensure aligned execution.
- Manage the technical aspects of conversion funnels, with particular focus on front end and back end adjustments with our developers.
- Oversee e-commerce marketing operations, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify storefront and marketing funnels.
- Monitor performance metrics across marketing channels and identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure consistent implementation of marketing technologies across campaigns.
- Coordinate CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives to improve conversion rates.
- Track marketing analytics, performance metrics, and technical implementation quality.
- Facilitate communication between creative teams and technical implementation partners.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches from a technical perspective.
- Implement the CEOs marketing ideas and coordinate with the various agencies to effectively launch them.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce marketing operations.
- Proven track record of scaling DTC brands to 7-8 figures.
- Understanding of direct response marketing and conversion funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and Klaviyo for email marketing automation.
- Experience with marketing analytics and performance tracking.
- Project management skills for coordinating multiple agency relationships.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear action items.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Availability to work PST business hours.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Checkout Champ or Konnektive.
- Previous experience working with supplement or health product marketing.
