Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize performance across various channels.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content tailored for different platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to engage with the audience.
• Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility and reach.
• Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Maintain relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative opportunities.
• Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand voice before publication.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in content creation and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video editing software, and other graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management techniques.
• Experience Managing multiple brands, hiring, interviewing candidates
