How you will make a difference:

As the Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role as part of an agile team building innovative products that make life better for people.

Develop and deploy full stack applications and solutions using modern architectural patterns including Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and Microservices
Design and implement scalable distributed systems that handle complex business domains
Work with product and technical peers to understand requirements and deliver outcomes
Lead technical design discussions and help with architectural patterns and best practices
Participate in design and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of engineering
Build in safety to move fast by working in small increments, writing testable and maintainable code, and getting continuous feedback
Advance the values of the organisation (caring, accountability, integrity, empowerment, passion, fun)

What will make you stand out:

Extensive experience in professional software development, with a strong track record of building and delivering high-quality applications
Expert proficiency with JavaScript (NextJS, TypeScript, and SST)
Strong experience with Event-Driven Architecture and microservices patterns
Cloud expertise, particularly AWS (EventBridge, DynamoDB, Lambda)
Knowledge of security patterns, including OAuth 2.0 and fine-grained authorisation
Excellence in both technical and business communication
Self-motivated with ability to inspire and mentor others
Experience helping lead technical initiatives and architectural decisions
