Influencer & Partnerships Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Influencer & Partnerships Manager to design, execute, and manage our influencer marketing strategy from the ground up. This role is critical in building and scaling authentic influencer and brand advocate relationships to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and own the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy.
• Identify, vet, and recruit influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across key platforms.
• Manage outreach, communications, and long-term relationship building with influencers.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including briefs, content calendars, and product seeding.
• Track and report campaign performance, optimizing based on data-driven insights.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and compliance with FTC guidelines.
• Collaborate with social media, content, and product teams to ensure integration across channels.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of influencer marketing experience, in-house or agency.
• Proven track record of ROI-driven campaigns from start to finish.
• Proficiency with influencer platforms (Grin, AspireIQ, Upfluence, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building influencer programs from the ground up.
• Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday, Airtable).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights and drive optimizations.
