We are seeking a results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to lead customer retention and engagement efforts. This role will focus on transforming one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers by developing impactful campaigns, managing automation flows, and improving the overall customer journey through strategic email and retention marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize email and retention marketing strategies.
- Design automated lifecycle flows including welcome, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
- Manage list segmentation, growth, and health to maintain deliverability and engagement.
- Leverage data insights to refine targeting and personalization strategies.
- Stay up to date with best practices, tools, and compliance standards for email marketing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing email campaigns or CRM marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven mindset.
- Proven success improving engagement and conversion metrics.
- Excellent written English and ability to craft customer-focused messaging.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and own the function end to end.
