We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled senior digital marketing expert with focus in web design, SEO and content creation to manage, maintain, and improve our websites. This role blends design sensibility with strong UI/UX knowledge, SEO best practices, content creation, and basic development understanding. You'll join our marketing team to optimize the online user journey, boost engagement, and support lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain responsive, visually appealing website layouts that align with our brand
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop landing pages, blog templates, and campaign-specific microsites
- Actively assist in content creation in the form of blogs, infographics, video and other content
- Optimize existing pages for performance, accessibility, and SEO
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
- Manage website updates via WordPress and Elementor (or other tools as needed)
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to track and improve UX/UI performance
- Troubleshoot and fix layout, navigation, and technical issues
- Maintain consistent branding across multiple web properties and product landing pages
Requirements:
- Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Writing content under the direction of the content manager
- Enhancing written content with Infographics and other content
- Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and UX principles
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and Core Web Vitals
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience working with plugins, forms, and optimization tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in designing for software, SaaS, or ERP-related companies
- Familiarity with B2B sales of software such as ERP systems
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, schema markup, or A/B testing tools
