About the Role

Our client, a growing logistics start‑up, is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Web Designer with strong Webflow expertise to design and build high‑quality web experiences and visual assets that elevate their brand. You’ll translate ideas into clean, modern, responsive designs and help shape the next evolution of their digital presence. This role blends visual design, Webflow development, and light animation.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build Webflow pages, components, and interactions
• Create visual assets, product graphics, and light animations (Lottie experience a plus)
• Develop clean, modern, responsive layouts
• Contribute to the growth and refinement of the brand’s visual design language
• Collaborate in Figma, Notion, Slack, and AI tools
• Operate independently as the primary designer in a fast‑moving start‑up environment
• Support light print/marketing collateral design as needed (one‑pagers, PDFs, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in web design, visual design, or related roles
• Strong Webflow experience with examples of sites you’ve built
• Clean, modern visual design skills with a product‑forward aesthetic
• Ability to create marketing graphics and light motion
• Experience with responsive design and component systems
• Comfortable working independently and making design decisions in a start‑up setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate asynchronously
• Familiarity with animation tools or Lottie is a plus
• Familiarity with print design
• Familiarity with custom code embeds or integrations
• Required: portfolio showcasing Webflow work, visual design, and relevant digital projects
