As our Manager of Growth Marketing, you’ll drive the execution of targeted demand generation initiatives to support our sales pipeline. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with marketing professionals, sales, and product teams to align strategies and maximize campaign impact. You’ll engage our ideal customers through campaigns leveraging email, web, digital, and performance marketing channels.
What You Will Be Doing
ABM Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of ABM strategies that focus on high-value target accounts across key verticals.
- Assist in crafting personalized campaigns that address account-specific needs and highlight S&P Global’s proven success stories.
- Collaborate with sales regions to plan marketing programs and tactics that accelerate deal velocity.
Lead Generation & Strategy Development
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and direct outreach, ensuring consistent messaging and a clear buyer experience.
- Implement and monitor lead nurturing programs to engage and convert prospects into customers.
Campaign Measurement & Optimization
- Assist in implementing scalable global campaign strategies and localize corporate campaigns for regional execution.
- Track and report campaign performance using metrics like engagement, lead generation, speed-to-lead, and pipeline impact.
- Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by working closely with sales, product, and GTM teams.
- Partner with peers to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals and customer needs.
You Have
- Experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company, ideally working on demand generation or ABM initiatives.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise-sized companies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance based on key metrics.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing principles, including ABM methodologies.

- Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering results.
- An excellent communicator capable of working with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles for B2B SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing omnichannel strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
