Position Summary

COEO is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the creation, maintenance, and modernization of our product-related marketing, sales enablement, documentation, and training materials.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can translate technical products and services into clear, professional, market-ready materials. The ideal candidate is part product marketer, part content creator, part instructional designer, part videographer, and part graphic designer.

The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will work closely with the Head of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure that all product materials are accurate, current, visually polished, and easy for Sales, partners, customers, and internal teams to understand. For COEO, this role will be especially focused on product documentation, training videos, sales enablement, and product content production.

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing and delivering product-related content and enablement materials, including graphic design, video production, and sales training, as well as the following:

Training Videos and Learning Materials

  • Create professional training videos that explain COEO products, services, workflows, and implementation processes.
  • Develop video scripts, storyboards, visuals, voiceovers, screen recordings, and supporting documentation.
  • Build clear training materials for Sales, Customer Success, implementation teams, partners, and customers.
  • Support the creation of training content for contact center implementation.

Sales Enablement

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials
  • Help Sales understand what we sell, who it is for, why it matters, and how to explain it clearly.
  • Translate complex technical information into simple, compelling, sales-friendly messaging.

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Work with Product and Marketing leadership to define product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Ensure COEO’s products and services are consistently represented across sales materials, website content, training resources, and partner-facing assets.
  • Help package COEO’s solutions in a way that is easy for Sales, partners, and customers to understand.
  • Support go-to-market efforts for new products, updated services, vertical solutions, and bundled offerings.

Graphic Design and Visual Production

  • Design professional product materials using advanced design tools.
  • Create polished, brand-compliant materials for print, PDF, web, presentations, and training.
  • Use professional design platforms, including tools such as:
  • Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or others.
  • This is not a Canva-only role. The right candidate should be comfortable creating high-quality, professional-grade materials.

Website and Content Alignment

  • Work with Marketing and Product to ensure product content on the website remains accurate and aligned with current materials.
  • Help keep product pages, service descriptions, downloadable assets, and sales collateral consistent.
  • Ensure that print, digital, video, and web-based product materials all tell the same story.

Qualifications, Requirements, & Experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live in and have authorization to work in the US
  • Experience in product marketing, sales enablement, marketing communications, training content, technical documentation, or a related role.
  • Strong ability to turn technical or complex information into simple, polished, easy-to-understand materials.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
  • Professional video creation and editing experience.
  • Strong graphic design skills with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Experience creating PDFs, product sheets, guides, training decks, and sales materials.
  • Ability to create training content, instructional videos, and internal enablement materials.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a library of product materials and keep content current over time.
  • Ability to create and present product training to teams in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, managed network services, managed IT, SD-WAN, SASE, contact center, or technology services.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams or channel partner organizations.
  • Experience creating product launch materials or go-to-market content.
  • Experience building training programs, implementation guides, or customer onboarding resources.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement materials such as battlecards, talk tracks, solution briefs, and pitch decks.
