About the Role
We’re seeking a Contract Designer to support a corporate marketing and communications team with high-quality, brand-aligned design and production work. This is a tactical, execution-focused role, not a conceptual or brand development position.
This designer will apply an established visual identity across a variety of formats, including presentation decks, research reports, simple video assets, and branded templates. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign, and HubSpot is required, with a focus on clear data visualization and formatting.
Key Responsibilities
- Template & Content Development
- Build, refine, and document branded templates for PowerPoint, Word, and InDesign
- Develop modular, scalable slide layouts and toolkits for use across departments
- Maintain and update existing digital and print collateral
Presentation & Data Visualization
- Design and format polished PowerPoint decks for internal and external stakeholders
- Create clear, visually appealing charts, graphs, and data-driven graphics from raw Excel data
- Ensure consistent visual style and adherence to brand guidelines
Video & Animation Support
- Produce simple branded video content for use in social media, presentations, and internal messaging
- Develop light animation elements using Canva (e.g., transitions, motion graphics, intros/outros)
- Build reusable video and animation templates aligned with brand standards
Production & Asset Management
- Prepare both print- and web-ready files with precision and attention to technical output
- Organize and manage visual assets and design files for team-wide access and use
- Partner closely with the internal marketing team to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in freelance, agency, or in-house design roles
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including master template creation and data visualizations
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Premiere or After Effects a plus)
- Strong Canva experience for video and graphic design
- Familiarity with HubSpot and B2B marketing environments
- Ability to translate data into professional, easy-to-digest visuals
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and following established brand guidelines
- Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
