Title: Portfolio Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Portfolio Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving organic AUM growth across a portfolio of acquired RIAs. This individual is responsible for building, deploying, and supporting tailored marketing programs for each firm. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring that each RIA benefits from scalable, effective marketing initiatives aligned with their unique brand and growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day marketing for a focused pod of company owned firms—setting strategy, budgets, and roadmaps without constant site rotation.
- Define each RIA’s unique value proposition, high-net-worth personas, ideal client segments, and core messaging framework—establishing the strategic foundation for all marketing campaigns and channels.
- Design and execute integrated programs—SEO, paid search/social, events, PR/media, web, email, content, and design—collaborating with company's head of marketing and cross-functional teams.
- Build lightweight HubSpot/Salesforce dashboards, track funnel KPIs (lead → AUM), deliver weekly progress memos, and surface insights that drive iterative testing and spend reallocation.
Required Skills:
- Experience building lightweight HubSpot/Salesforce dashboards, tracking funnel KPIs (lead → AUM), delivering weekly progress memos, and surfacing insights that drive iterative testing and spend reallocation.
- Hands-on in HubSpot (marketing & sales hubs) and Salesforce for closed-loop reporting and funnel troubleshooting.
- Built and scaled marketing programs from the ground up in dynamic, private equity-backed environments—adept at multitasking, adapting quickly, and thriving amid ambiguity.
