Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Lead to drive lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth in the healthcare/life sciences domain. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who can independently manage end-to-end sales cycles and support marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification for healthcare/life sciences clients
- Build and nurture client relationships through meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with leadership on GTM strategy and marketing campaigns
- Represent the company at client locations and industry events
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of full-time B2B sales or marketing experience
- Domain experience in life sciences, healthtech, or pharma
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel for client engagement
