Job Profile
RxAnte is seeking a Marketing Specialist who combines proactive thinking, creativity, and attention to detail in a dynamic, results-driven role. The Marketing Specialist will help shape how we communicate with health plans, providers, and members—through compelling content, targeted campaigns, and collaborative cross-functional projects.
This role blends creativity with execution. The Marketing Specialist is a self-starter who goes beyond completing tasks to understand the bigger picture and suggest better approaches. Experience with generative AI tools, marketing CRM workflows, digital advertising, and multi-channel campaign support is highly valued.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and adapt marketing content for a variety of formats and audiences—including email campaigns, websites, social media, member outreach, and sales materials
- Use generative AI tools to draft and refine content while ensuring a human-centered, consistent voice
- Support campaign execution by integrating content into HubSpot and similar platforms
- Maintain content calendars and publish regular updates across social media platforms
- Contribute to digital advertising efforts across channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Track and report on campaign performance, helping the team learn and improve over time
- Coordinate logistics and support marketing efforts for industry events, both leading up to and following the event
- Collaborate with partners across Sales, Product, Client Success, Clinical Services, and HR to ensure messaging is aligned and effective
- Work with external web partners to manage and optimize website content, making basic updates as needed
- Support project coordination and administrative tasks across marketing and communication initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience; healthcare or health tech experience preferred
- Strong copywriting, copyediting, and content development skills
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms
- Proficiency with generative AI tools for content creation
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented but comfortable working independently and taking initiative
