We’re now looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the charge on streamlining campaign execution, elevating data analysis, and improving marketing efficiency across our LATAM region.
🎯 The Role
This role sits at the heart of our marketing engine. As Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll connect the dots between data, tools, and execution — making sure every campaign runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to align goals, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
🛠What You’ll Do
- Own Marketing Ops: Manage and optimize marketing systems (Marketo, Salesforce, ClickUp) across the LATAM region.
- Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery for marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and cross-functional alignment.
- Data + Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI + Excel) that track KPIs, ROI, and lead funnel health.
- Insights + Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, budget spend, and lead behavior to make data-backed recommendations.
- Process Standardization: Develop playbooks, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Lead Management: Own lead scoring, routing, and data quality using Marketo/Salesforce integrations.

✅ What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and project management tools like ClickUp or Asana
- Advanced Excel + Power BI skills
- Solid grasp of campaign metrics, marketing funnels, and lead management
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication
- Experience working with U.S.-based markets or stakeholders is a bonus
- Bonus points for experience with cross-regional or global teams
