We're hiring a Marketing Director to lead our go-to-market and brand strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity to define how we tell our story, engage new clients, and build a scalable marketing function in close collaboration with executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead all marketing efforts, from brand positioning and messaging to campaign development and performance.
- Build and execute multi-channel strategies across content, web, digital, and sales enablement.
- Develop a cohesive brand identity that reflects our evolving global footprint.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment.
- Establish marketing infrastructure including content production, lead generation, analytics, and scalable campaign workflows.
- Manage internal and external contributors, with potential to grow the team over time.
- Take a hands-on approach when needed — combining creativity, experimentation, and data to drive results.
Hard Skills & Tools
- Marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft)
- Strong copywriting and content development
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and organic content strategies
Who You Are
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
- Proven success building marketing programs from the ground up
- Independent, strategic thinker who also executes effectively
- Collaborative leader experienced in managing distributed teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in creating messaging and materials that support and accelerate sales
- Resourceful, curious, and comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments
