Title: Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python / Plotly Dash / Azure)

Location: 100% remote - work from home

Duration: 12+ months with possible extension

Rate: $90 to $100/hr on W2

Summary

• We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, APIs, and frontend development to take ownership of an enterprise-level data science and visualization platform (Dash Enterprise). In this role, you will design and maintain scalable applications, develop both backend services and user interfaces, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services for enterprise applications.
• Own and optimize the Dash Enterprise platform, ensuring its effective use for critical business cases.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and tailor solutions.
• Develop interactive web applications and dashboards using Dash Enterprise.
• Define and implement platform roadmaps to meet current and future business needs.
• Apply SDLC best practices (requirement analysis, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, deployment).
• Continuously explore and implement new features of Dash Enterprise to enhance functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering (API development + frontend technologies).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with Azure (or similar cloud ecosystems).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing applications with Dash (Plotly) Python library.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure services such as Data Lake Storage, AKS, Azure DevOps, Entra ID.
