Job Description:
Meta is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Business Product Marketing team. This team plays a crucial role in identifying the intersection of people's needs, marketers' requirements, and Meta's unique differentiators to develop, launch, and grow industry-leading business products. These products empower businesses to expand and help communities thrive.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, product marketing, or product management, along with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. The Product Marketing Manager will focus on defining market requirements and launch plans for Meta’s advertiser solutions, ensuring successful product adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback, advocating for market needs with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Deeply understand advertiser needs and product risks to prioritize recommendations for new and existing products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that new advertiser solutions align with Meta’s strategic vision.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a portfolio of advertising products.
- Create client communications, product documentation, and positioning to drive product success.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across regional and vertical teams to scale impact effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technology, internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting.
- Strong background in market research, product development, and outbound marketing with a focus on adtech.
- Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, influencing decision-making, and resolving competing perspectives.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for engaging technical, business, and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in the advertising space, particularly with online media products.
- Demonstrated history of successfully developing GTM strategies from the ground up.
Must-Have Skills:
- Inbound & Outbound Marketing Experience – Ability to build strong plans, execute them effectively, and persuade stakeholders.
- Advertising Expertise – Solid understanding of digital advertising and market dynamics.
- Project Management – Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage workflows efficiently.
- Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and handling ambiguity.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Consulting experience in PMM roles.
- Experience in the retail space with customer insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
