Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Pay Range :- 49.00/hr- 50.00/hr.
5 months contract with possibility of extension
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, planning, optimization, and performance of automated lifecycle marketing programs. This role will be responsible for managing customer journeys across the entire lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to activation, growth, retention, and reactivation.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and experimentation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Content, Design, Product, Sales, and Growth teams to build scalable, data-driven customer journeys that improve engagement and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize automated lifecycle marketing programs across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, growth, and reactivation.
- Identify lifecycle marketing opportunities by partnering with Product, Growth, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design customer journeys, including audience segmentation, trigger logic, message sequencing, suppression rules, and testing strategies.
- Create comprehensive campaign and journey briefs for Content, Design, Campaign Operations, and Marketing Operations teams.
- Coordinate campaign execution and ensure all stakeholders have the necessary requirements and context for successful delivery.
- Manage and execute A/B testing strategies across subject lines, messaging, CTAs, audience segments, timing, offers, and journey paths.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify funnel drop-offs, analyze results, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure workflows are scalable, compliant, and aligned with governance, routing, attribution, deliverability, and audience management best practices.
- Maintain lifecycle documentation, testing results, best practices, and playbooks to support long-term scalability and knowledge sharing.
- Present campaign performance insights and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, journey mapping, and lifecycle automation.
- Experience designing trigger-based nurture campaigns, onboarding journeys, reactivation campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, audience targeting, suppression logic, and marketing experimentation.
- Experience developing and executing A/B testing strategies for messaging, subject lines, CTAs, audience segments, timing, and customer journeys.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data, identify conversion bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing Operations, Product, Sales, Content, and Design teams.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot Workflows and advanced automation capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including campaigns, campaign members, and campaign statuses.
- Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and audience management best practices.
- Experience with lead scoring, attribution models, routing logic, and lifecycle governance.
- Background in B2B, SMB, SaaS, digital advertising, marketplaces, or self-service customer acquisition environments.
