Contract: 10/20/2025 – 11/28/2025 – W2, Contract Role (This is a short term project! No extension at this time)

Location: Remote (candidate must have own equipment/software)

Pay Rate: $60-$70/hr W2 (based on experience)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support a post-season push focused on large-format layouts, environmental branding, and event signage. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in print-heavy design for live events and venues, with expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong capabilities in InDesign and Photoshop. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects with immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare large-format signage, branding, and event graphics for print and production.
• Ensure design consistency across multiple formats and environments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and project goals.
• Deliver print-ready files and oversee quality control of final output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in large-format layouts, environmental branding, and event signage design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to work remotely with own equipment and software.
• Available full-time from 10/20 – 11/28 (excluding Thanksgiving).

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Smartsheet or other project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
