The Role:
We are seeking an experienced AMA Program Lead to design and implement a key initiative that connects communities with fascinating individuals. As the cross-functional leader, you will be accountable for driving the overall success of the program. You will collaborate closely with teams across Community, Communications, Social Media, Business Development, Growth, and Marketing to unlock the program's full potential globally.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the success of the program through effective communication and marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute promotional plans for upcoming and past events, showcasing key participants and engaging content.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance awareness and participation.
- Lead creative execution strategies to develop engaging promotional content, including social media and blog posts.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets to secure coverage for high-profile events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of communication efforts, providing insights and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with partnerships and scheduling teams, community managers, and other stakeholders for seamless execution of events.
- Ensure all communications align with our brand and the unique voice of the program.
- Stay informed on social media trends and marketing best practices to identify new promotional opportunities.
- Create onboarding materials and best practices guides for program participants to ensure a smooth experience.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in growth program management, product marketing, or communications, ideally within a digital or social media environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
- Strong experience in developing and executing successful communication and marketing campaigns (portfolio required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Passion for and understanding of our platform and its communities is essential.
- Familiarity with the program format and culture is highly desirable.
