Position: Graphic Designer (Project based)

Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney Time

Compensation range: AU$1,500 – AU$2,000/month

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer for a one-month project-based engagement. The role will focus on creating high-quality web and visual designs, emphasizing Webflow UI/UX design and marketing collateral. The designer will collaborate closely with the team to ensure cohesive branding and deliverables that align with the company’s vision.

Responsibilities:

• Produce marketing materials that align with brand goals and campaign needs.
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, email templates, and advertisements to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Design engaging social media graphics for platforms, including LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop and document guidelines or a brand book to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Design and develop engaging UI/UX and web designs using Webflow, ensuring responsive and user-friendly layouts.
• Assist with updating and maintaining the current website to reflect current campaigns and brand standards.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding, vision, and target audience.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a creative and graphic design setting.
• Experience designing marketing collaterals, social media assets, and branding materials.
• Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other similar editing and designing tools.
• Required hands-on experience in Webflow.
• Experience in marketing, with the ability to design assets that support campaign objectives and strategies.
• Proficiency with Notion and other similar project management/productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop branding guidelines or brand books.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
