At RunRemote our mission is to help connect the top-rated remote talent with the world's best job opportunities. All of our roles are full-time and 100% remote, cutting out the daily commute, and providing top-rated talent with the best job opportunities, all from the comfort of their home.

About Our Client

Our client is a UK-based leading supplier to the civil engineering, utilities, and construction sectors. With in-house printing and production capabilities, they serve construction sites, roadworks, and corporate clients, delivering products that meet strict brand and quality standards. Their commitment to fast turnaround times and reliable service has made them a trusted partner in the industry.

About The Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to manage and execute daily client artwork requests while supporting broader marketing initiatives. The role focuses primarily on artwork production for signage, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and delivery within strict timelines.

This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong grasp of Adobe design tools. The ideal candidate will also contribute to marketing projects such as catalogues, brochures, and digital assets, with optional opportunities in motion graphics and video editing.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Artwork
  • Monitor and action client artwork inbox/task list, delivering artwork and proofs within 24 hours of request (requests will be provided by Account Managers).
  • Creating signage templates for construction sites and corporate clients, artwork for logo-branded clothing, and other promotional items.
  • Produce proofs for customer approval, ensuring timely sign-off.
  • Redraw customer logos into vector format when necessary, including sourcing logos online and re-creating if not supplied.
  • Source and match fonts for use in artworks while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure all artwork complies with customer brand guidelines.
  • Prepare print-ready PDFs following technical requirements (outlined text/elements, resolution, file setup).
  • Maintain consistent file naming conventions and organised folder structures.
  • Marketing Support
  • Edit product images supplied by the marketing team: background removal, colour correction, level adjustment, and retouching (e.g., removing dust or blemishes).
  • Save and export images in multiple formats: high-resolution for print, and optimised low-resolution for web and social media use.
  • Support the marketing team in creating digital content, such as a large catalogue and brochure layouts (300+ pages, published twice yearly), themed tiles, website banners, and assets for email marketing and social media campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within signage, clothing, or print-focused industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong skills in logo redrawing, typography matching, and working with brand guidelines.
  • Experience preparing artwork for print production with attention to detail and file accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines within a 24–48 hour turnaround promise.
  • Familiarity with product photography editing (background removal, colour correction).
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with consistent file management practices.
  • Proficiency in Outlook for managing emails and communication.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, and Canva for basic motion graphics or video editing is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience using Jira/Atlassian (project management) and Sage 200 ERP is a plus, but not required.

Benefits (Inclusive in the given salary range):

  • $50 Internet Allowance
  • $50 HMO allowance
  • 20 days Paid Time Off
