We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About The Role

As Sr. Marketing Manager - Social, Influencer & Brand Partnerships, you bring to Rula a sharp understanding of today’s organic social and earned media landscape — where authentic voices, community-driven engagement, and influential partnerships shape perception more than headlines alone. In this role, you’ll lead Rula’s top-of-funnel earned strategy with a primary focus on organic social, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, consumer PR and events. You'll grow Rula’s brand presence online and beyond by building meaningful relationships with mental health advocates, high profile celebrities, influencers, industry thought leaders and other brand partners, while also steering earned conversations to support larger brand narratives and business priorities.

Your team will collaborate closely with other marketing functions to activate creator-driven campaigns, cultivate communities across platforms, and amplify brand advocacy through both micro- and macro-influencers. Press strategy and media relations will remain a part of your world—but your driving focus will be creating buzz worthy conversations where our audiences are most engaged: social media and real-world cultural moments.

This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires exceptional collaboration skills, an obsession with measurable results, strong brand storytelling instincts, and a pulse on emerging voices, trends, and platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related professional experience in an influencer, partnerships, and earned media/public relations roles (in-house or agency), with 5+ of those years as a people manager.
  • 3+ years experience working with high profile partners, inclusive of celebrity and cultural thought leaders – with demonstrated success at standing up a new partnerships strategy from scratch, resulting in material growth to the brand and business
  • Strong credentials in launching a national brand, with complex team scope across all earned channels – organic social, influencer, brand partnerships, consumer PR and buzzworthy events – leading to successful implementation of social-first campaigns that drove larger cultural conversations.
  • Experience maintaining strategic consumer press, media relationships, and PR agency partnerships – in support of key marketing moments and larger brand initiatives
  • Fluent in the ever-changing social media landscape—from Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit to emerging platforms like Bluesky – offering clear strategic direction to the marketing team on how to harness new channels and trends. Experienced in tracking cultural shifts as part of daily work (Meltwater, Brandwatch, Sprout) and always ready to jump in and support with asset creation (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Natural tendency to move fast while thinking strategically – with a proven track record of strong bias for action and experimentation.
  • Track record of balancing creative instincts with data, KPIs and business growth – with demonstrated success of delivering social-first campaign innovation and material growth social following
  • Experience establishing strong cross functional partnerships with teams and leaders, able to navigate diverse perspectives while driving the team toward a high impact outcome

Preferred Qualifications

_While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

_

  • Experience working in health & wellness, medical, or mission-based brand work
  • Experience in standing up IRL buzz-worthy event activations, driving larger cultural activations

We're serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:
