About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and action-oriented growth marketing leader to oversee all aspects of our patient marketing. In this role, you’ll develop the strategy for acquiring and retaining patients, and then bring that strategy to life! We already have programs in progress, and now we need a leader who can bring these programs together and launch new ones under a unified strategy to accelerate growth. As we are in scale mode, a key focus will be user acquisition.
You’ll collaborate closely with patient strategy and operations to manage growth across the business (across states, therapy types, etc.) by deploying the right tactics to the right audiences at the right time, in a scalable and sustainable way to balance the marketplace. We also have a significant and growing marketing budget to leverage, so a thoughtful, ROI-driven approach to measuring success is essential to achieving the team’s goals.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven, customer-obsessed growth leader who has delivered results across a variety of marketing programs, is excited about building something impactful, and possesses the exceptional leadership skills needed to drive an organization to scale.
