We’re looking for a Meta Ads Manager (Coordinator Level) who loves campaign execution, data analysis, and continuous optimization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on improving ROAS, CPA, and CTR while building scalable campaign systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Advantage+ and manual structures).
- Execute QA, launch, and daily pacing with accuracy and ownership.
- Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM) to guide decisions.
- Collaborate with creative strategists to test and identify winning ad angles.
- Maintain organized trackers, reports, and naming conventions.
- Stay updated on Meta trends, AI tools, and automation workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing Meta/Facebook Ads for E-commerce or DTC brands.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Sheets and Ads Manager.
- Excellent English communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or Triple Whale is a plus.
