The Marketing & PR department is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver. In this role, you’ll join our design team to shape how RTB House is represented visually across the globe. You’ll be involved in creative work from concept to delivery and collaborate with a team that values smart ideas, attention to detail, and innovation.

You Will

Design high-quality visuals for external comms – from social media and landing pages to key visuals and digital campaigns.
Own creative concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring strong storytelling and consistent branding.
Contribute to RTB House's evolving brand identity and visual standards.
Stay curious – brainstorm and explore new tools, workflows and trends.
Collaborate with copywriters, freelancers, project managers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Present and explain your design decisions with clarity and confidence.
Provide constructive feedback to teammates and contribute to a culture of creative growth.
Manage your design workflow and timelines with autonomy and reliability.

Desired Experience

4+ years of experience in graphic/digital design, ideally in creative teams or agencies.
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across digital channels.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience and curiosity for AI design tools and trends (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) — or eager to learn.
Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, etc.).
Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 level) — both written and spoken.
Excellent cross-team communication skills — you can explain ideas clearly and listen actively.
Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills — able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain creative quality.
