RSO, a thriving global digital marketing agency, is seeking a creative, results-oriented, and data-driven Paid Social Manager. The successful candidate will elevate our clients' brand presence, cultivate audience engagement, and generate measurable results through paid social media initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of paid social media advertising strategies that align with client business objectives and target audience segments.
- Oversee and implement paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- Collaborate with clients to create a paid social strategy and impactful campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and meet performance goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay abreast of changes in algorithms, platform policies, and emerging trends to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Create and test various ad formats, including static images, videos, carousel ads, and lead generation forms.
- Optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to ensure maximum results.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to create, optimize, and manage successful paid social media campaigns, with 5+ years of experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expertise in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies for B2B and B2C accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other reporting platforms.
