Marketing and Communications Partner

Description

RSI is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Partner to help maintain and create a consistent look, tone, and voice aligned with the company’s mission and vision. Your primary responsibility plays a key role to generate and design content to promote the organization’s brand, activities, and solutions. This role will partner heavily with internal stakeholders to ensure we translate business strategy into people and organizational strategy.

Additional duties include:

• Develop communications materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, Teams and other platforms, town halls, etc.) to articulate key messages.
• Support and maintain brand consistency
• Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with company’s priorities and themes.
• Use communication and design tools as appropriate to maximize the company’s communication effectiveness for consistent messaging, branding, imagery, and identity.
• Coordinate and publish regular newsletters, updates, and newsflashes in an innovative compelling manner.
• Create and edit images, web and print materials, banners, and flyers.
• Identify communication and branding gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Uses graphic design and layout techniques to enhance the effectiveness of content and communications.
• Maintain and update the company website, social media channels and communications.
• Create and maintain visual content for RSI’s website, intranet, and social platforms.
• Support Executive Presentation Materials
• Create external marketing documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications.
• Strong ability to write clear, engaging, and cohesive messaging with target audience in mind.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proven graphic design and social media management experience.
• Executes messaging that aligns with brand standards and messaging.
• Strong skills in the utilization of internal communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to create content that drives ownership and change, resulting in a positive impact.
• Impeccable attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage working effectively to a deadline.
• Proven ability to diagnose problems with strategic thinking skills while driving appropriate solutions with tactical actions.
• Possess outstanding communication, relationship, and team building skills with ability to facilitate conversations to empower people and teams.
• Track record in managing time effectively to complete multiple projects on time and according to standards.
• Demonstrates ability to produce minimal error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively work with a multifunctional and geographically dispersed team.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

_RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location. A current and reasonable estimated range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. However, it’s possible for an individual to be hired at a salary outside of this range.
