About Us:

We are a Miami-based fitness and lifestyle brand that makes working out fun, accessible, and judgment-free. Through live online classes, in-person sessions, and on-demand workouts, we help busy women and moms of all ages and fitness levels show up for themselves. Our community is built on energy, music, and the belief that fitness is an inside job.

Key Responsibilities:

● Own the brand's marketing strategy across social media, YouTube, email, and paid ads, integrating every channel into one consistent brand voice.

● Create and send the weekly newsletter and manage email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp or similar platforms.

● Plan, schedule, and publish daily lifestyle content across social media, including captions and hashtags.

● Edit and post YouTube videos, and repurpose long-form content into Shorts, Reels, and other short-form videos.

● Build and maintain the social media content calendar in Notion.

● Drive community engagement by responding to comments and messages and growing an active, loyal audience.

● Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns, and manage the brand's link-in-bio page.

● Implement systems and AI tools to standardize, schedule, and automate content creation and client touchpoints.

● Act as a strategic, consultant-style partner to the founder, turning ideas into executed campaigns.

Skills:

● Big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability

● Strong video editing and short-form content creation skills

● Excellent copywriting for captions, newsletters, and email campaigns

● Proficiency with Mailchimp, Notion, YouTube, and major social media platforms

● Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline content production

● Self-starter who works independently with minimal training on technical tools

● Passion for fitness and an active, healthy lifestyle

Qualifications:

● 3-5 years of experience in a marketing position

● Experience managing a brand or influencer across multiple channels

● Experience with high-end or well-known brands (e.g., Nike, Adidas, Nestlé) strongly preferred

● Background in athletic, lifestyle, leisure, or coaching industries preferred

● Strong English communication (written & spoken)

● High-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum)

● Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent

Setting: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST)
