Join us as our Marketing Manager Eastern Europe and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business across this dynamic region.
This role must be performed from Poland. Candidates based in or around Warsaw are expected to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week from the office). Candidates located in other parts of Poland may work fully remotely.
We are looking for an inspiring marketing leader who will define and deliver an integrated marketing plan, drive customer demand, and strengthen our brand presence while working closely with Sales and Product teams. As part of both the Eastern Europe leadership team and our global marketing community, you will not only guide and motivate a talented local team but also share expertise, best practices, and fresh ideas to help us achieve sustainable and profitable growth.
This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of impactful online and offline campaigns, while fostering an inclusive culture that develops people, enhances capability, and maximises the value of our marketing investments.
What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role:
In this role, you’ll enjoy a dynamic mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, taking ownership of the full marketing plan for Eastern Europe. You’ll shape and drive the Integrated Marketing Plan to maximise commercial results and return on investment, while contributing to the wider Rest of EMEA (RoE) marketing strategy and sharing best practice across the region. With support from the Regional team, you’ll manage the local marketing budget, lead the digital roadmap and optimisation journey, and develop the capability and careers of your local marketing team in close collaboration with the Country Manager. You’ll also ensure that every marketing and digital activity is measured and delivers clear impact.
Day to day, you will lead the local team in bringing both regional and local campaigns to life, working closely with external agencies to deliver high-quality projects on time. You’ll manage communication across the local business, ensure effective creation and production of marketing materials, and provide valuable support to Sales through practical and impactful marketing solutions. At the same time, you’ll act as the key link between Eastern Europe and the wider RoE marketing community, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration.
To succeed, you’ll be more than just a manager – you’ll be a leader who inspires and develops a thriving community of marketing professionals. You’ll set a compelling vision and direction, energise your team to achieve shared goals, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Representing both the full landscape of marketing and the voices of local markets, you’ll create engagement and deliver outcomes that matter. As a commercial leader, you’ll connect marketing activities directly to business performance and influence at every level of the organisation. Working side by side with the Country Manager Eastern Europe, you’ll define strategies that win across diverse markets and play a key role in driving our future growth.
