About The Role
Role Purpose
Developing effective solutions that are in line with the organizations vision. Continuously improving the software engineer practices, processes and services. Participating in strategic planning discussion with technical business and client stakeholders. Actively participating in product design and development sessions. Mentoring developers and managers in the team. Developing efficient and easy to follow technical diagrams/documents, developing high quality solutions. Owning delivery of projects from inception to project completion and hypercare. Works directly with multiple partners and business stakeholders identifying the Minimum Viable Product. While in Delivery keeps a constant focus on program success and risk mitigation anticipating problems before they become blockers. Negotiates requirements/solutions and trade offs with all teams ensuring overall program success cross functionally across internal/external teams.
