Senior Graphic Designer — Branding & Packaging

Location: UAE - Sharjah

RRC Agency is hiring a senior professional with a sharp eye and proven craft. You build brands that move markets. You think in systems, design with intent, and deliver print-perfect packaging from dieline to shelf.

The work

• Lead brand identity systems from concept to full guidelines
• Production-ready design packaging: dielines, artworks, print specs
• Own prepress: colour management, separations, spot colours, varnishes, foils, embossing
• Prepare files for offset, digital, flexo, and screen printing
• Collaborate with copy, strategy, 3D, and suppliers to keep quality high and timelines tight

You bring

• 7+ years in brand design with a portfolio of launched brands and real packaging on shelves
• Mastery of Adobe CC and Figma. 3D mockups or Cinema4D is a plus
• Fluency in CMYK, Pantone, spot inks, trapping, overprint, barcodes, and print QA
• Confidence in presenting strategy and design rationale to stakeholders
• Experience across beauty, F&B, or automotive is a plus. GCC or EU market exposure is a plus
