UI UX Designer

Job Title: UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on clarity, usability, and aesthetics.
• Translate wireframes, user journeys, and business requirements into high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain UI components, style guides, and design systems.
• Collaborate with UX designers to align visual design with user research and behavioral data.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of interactive designs.
• Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles across deliverables.
• Stay updated on UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-5+ years of experience in UI design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interface design across various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles—layout, typography, color theory.
• Experience designing for accessibility and responsive design.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with motion design, micro interactions, or prototyping.
• Experience with design systems
• Understanding of front-end development and collaboration with developers.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
