Job Description

Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to gather and understand business requirements, ensuring the design of technical solutions that align with both business and IT strategies while adhering to organizational architectural standards. Independently develop, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install complex software programs using structured programming techniques, and participate in code walkthroughs. Provide on-call rotation support for production systems, facilitate incident management, and conduct post-incident reviews. Engage in all phases of the full systems lifecycle, from design to implementation, maintenance, and support of applications and systems software. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the information technology environment/infrastructure to resolve complex challenges and research long-term solutions to recurring problems. Monitor customer data management systems, associated processes, and protocols to effectively solve problems. Develop program specifications, flowcharts, and prepare internal documentation on program development and revisions while communicating status updates to stakeholders.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. RRD's current salary range for this role is $108,077 to $136,000 / year. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

• ServiceNow Development or Administration;
• Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations;
• Analyzing, writing, and modifying models to support software source code that enables business capabilities;
• Understanding of the information technology environment or infrastructure;
• Applying codes using JavaScript, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, and REST;
• Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to test applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer expectations;
• Applying tools such as Jira Agile and ServiceNow Agile; and
• Developing user stories within assigned sprint deadlines and ensure deployment with minimal defects.
