We’re a North America-based premium furniture and lifestyle company launching an exciting new sub-brand — fast-moving, design-forward, and built for a younger, value-conscious customer who shops online and wants things now.
This brand is built like a startup, with the resources and credibility of an established company. It's not just about selling products — it's about building an experience through design, story, and creative execution across every customer touchpoint.
The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Lead who can shape the visual identity and brand story of our new venture and translate that into powerful campaigns, engaging content, seamless front-end UX/UI, and even product-level design. This is a hybrid role that blends creative strategy, hands-on execution, and brand stewardship.
You’ll be responsible for ideating and crafting everything from the brand’s look and feel to its digital touchpoints — and executing across platforms like Shopify, social, digital ads, and more. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to build something from scratch with creative freedom and clear business impact.
You do not need interior design or furniture experience, but having an eye for spatial aesthetics is a big plus.
Responsibilities
Develop the brand story, visual language, and tone — from moodboards to manifestos
Lead creative direction across key channels: digital ads, social media, email, website UX/UI, brand assets
Oversee and design the Shopify front-end experience with a focus on conversion and storytelling
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, growth, and operations teams
Build and evolve creative systems, templates, and design frameworks
Pitch bold, original ideas backed by market research and competitor insights
(Optional) Participate in early product design or packaging concepting in collaboration with the product team
Present and communicate ideas clearly in English to a global team
Requirements
5+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand design
Strong background in building and maintaining brand identity systems
Hands-on experience designing for eCommerce or digital-first consumer brands
Excellent grasp of tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
Fluent in conversational English
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Ability to work overlapping hours with North American teams (KST early morning or late evening)
