RouteMagic is a B2B SaaS ERP system for managing last mile logistics operations. This is meant for Wholesalers and Distributors that deal with Van Sales, Wholesale Distribution and Field Sales. RouteMagic currently operates in 6 countries. Largest customer base is in the UK market. We are an early stage bootstrapped startup.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager for RouteMagic.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and a proven track record in product marketing. We highly encourage everyone in the company to learn AI tools for fast execution. We are looking for someone who is excited about the potential AI brings to the Product Marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape
- Establish channels to gather customer feedback and insights to enhance offerings and Marketing messaging
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop convincing product positioning and messaging that emphasize the product features and benefits
- Create and maintain product marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, and battle cards.
- Equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell our products.
Demand Generation:
- Work closely with the demand generation team to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Customer Advocacy:
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers to gather feedback, testimonials, and case studies.
- Leverage customer success stories to drive product credibility and market adoption.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality content, including blog posts, newsletters, webinars and social media posts, to educate and engage our target audience.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Identify 2 topics to demonstrate thought leadership in the domain and publish blog posts on it

- Drive social media strategy, create the content and post it on social
- Identify areas of improvement on the website and work with the UI/UX designer to update content
- Send out the next Newsletter
- Work with sales and product team to create collaterals for the next trade show
- Identify topics and organize webinars. Promote webinars on social.
- Work with the demand gen team to design social media and google ads. Ensure it aligns with the overall positioning.
90 days
- Speak to clients and create case studies
- Organize fireside chats - identify and invite speakers to it. Plan and organize this end to end.
