Purpose Of Job

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead Route 92 Medical’s brand, content, and communications strategy across multiple channels. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to create high-quality marketing assets, manage digital channels, and ensure all customer-facing content aligns with our strategic objectives and compliance standards. This position plays a key role in elevating Route 92’s presence in the neurovascular space and supporting commercial execution through impactful, on-brand communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (Does this paint what a day in the life duties for a QE at R92 is responsible of?)

  • Own and evolve the Route 92 brand across channels, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity
  • Develop marketing collateral in partnership with Product Managers and external agencies, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and videos
  • Manage and create content for Route 92’s digital channels — including LinkedIn, X, and the company website
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to route and approve marketing materials through Grand Avenue or other approval systems
  • Partner with the Events and Marketing teams to support conference execution through content creation, material selection, and brand visibility strategy
  • Ensure all marketing communications comply with regulatory and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate timelines, review cycles, and asset production with creative vendors and agencies
  • Analyze digital engagement data and recommend optimizations for future campaign

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS: (What skills will the individual utilize in this role?)

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of tone and messaging for B2B audiences
  • Deep understanding of brand management, content strategy, and multi-channel marketing execution
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with creative development processes and agency collaboration
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, X, CMS platforms, analytics tools)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and experience using routing/approval systems

Required Education

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s college degree in marketing, communications or in a related field pertinent to the position’s requirements.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing communications, corporate branding, or content development, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing collateral in collaboration with product managers or commercial teams
  • Experience managing digital and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, X, website CMS), including content planning and performance optimization
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies or creative partners and deliver high-quality marketing assets on time
  • Familiarity with regulatory review and approval processes for marketing materials (e.g., through platforms like Grand Avenue)
  • Experience supporting conference and event marketing, including pre-event planning and on-site material execution

The actual base pay is dependent on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity.
