Remote – Full-Time (Employee, opened to part time for the right candidate)
Rouge Care is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team and help shape one of the most trusted brands in red light therapy. This is a highly creative, hands-on role focused on producing high-quality designs across digital channels: ads, landing pages, emails, videos, and more.
You’ll work closely with our marketing coordinator, director, and consulting creative director, taking ideas from concept to execution, quickly and on-brand. We’re a lean, high-output team with big goals and a strong vision.
What You’ll Do
- Design digital assets for ads, emails, landing pages, product pages, manuals, and social content
- Edit and repurpose short-form video for paid and organic channels
- Translate marketing goals into clean, high-performing creative
- Contribute to design systems, templates, and creative libraries
- Take and implement feedback fast, with attention to detail and consistency
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all touch points
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in a brand, digital, or marketing design role
- Strong portfolio with a mix of email, ad, landing page, and video work
- Proficient in Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, and CapCut or similar video tools
- Excellent design fundamentals (typography, layout, composition, hierarchy)
- Organized, autonomous, collaborative, and highly coachable
- Excellent communication and feedback handling in English (French is a plus)
Nice to Haves
- eCommerce or agency experience (including Shopify)
- UX/UI skills for landing pages and CRO
- Video editing, motion or animation ability
- Copywriting instincts or experience
- Email marketing design
