With a 73% client renewal rate and growth from 0 to 80+ clients through referrals alone, we're ready to scale beyond our network and need an exceptional marketing leader to get us there.

You'll join at the perfect inflection point—we've validated our model, built a track record of success, and assembled a tight-knit community of successful professionals. What we haven't achieved yet is the market presence our results deserve. You'll transform RoseTree from a well-kept secret to a recognized authority in wealth management for busy professionals.

The Impact You'll Have:

• You'll be the bridge between our exceptional service and thousands of potential clients who need us but don't know we exist
• You'll establish systematic lead generation beyond our current referral network
• You'll build our brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives, including our emerging YouTube strategy
• You'll increase our qualified lead flow by at least 50% within your first three months
• You'll help scale our impact from 80 clients to hundreds, enabling more successful professionals to achieve financial freedom

Success in Your First 3 Months:

1. Complete assessment of current marketing efforts and identify 2-3 key growth opportunities within 45 days
2. Develop and begin implementing a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives within 60 days
3. Achieve at least one measurable marketing win: 50% increase in lead flow
4. Establish clear metrics and reporting for all marketing initiatives
5. Create a scalable content strategy that positions our team as thought leaders

• Compensation range: $70k-$100k based on experience + commission structure (currently being built)
