The Opportunity (📍Fully Remote)

You'll join at the perfect inflection point—we've validated our model, built a track record of success, and assembled a tight-knit community of successful professionals. What we haven't achieved yet is the market presence our results deserve. You'll transform RoseTree from a well-kept secret to a recognized authority in wealth management for busy professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy
Ensure all marketing and sales efforts align toward common objectives rather than scattered initiatives
Create a roadmap for systematic growth beyond your current referral-based approach
Design and implement attribution modeling to accurately measure which acquisition channels produce highest-value clients
Build a content strategy showcasing our proprietary investment methodologies, focusing on platforms where high-net-worth individuals consume financial content
Create a systematic approach to transforming client success stories into compelling case studies that resonate with prospective clients
Analyze and refine the Skool community experience to increase engagement and conversion rates-
Design targeted nurture sequences for different prospect segments based on portfolio size, investment goals, and engagement patterns
Implement systematic testing of messaging, offers, and conversion points throughout the client acquisition journey
Develop sophisticated targeting strategies to reach qualified prospects with $100k+ investable assets (executives, business owners, physicians, etc.)
Create premium lead magnets and exclusive content specifically designed for high-net-worth individuals
Establish comprehensive marketing analytics dashboard tracking all critical metrics from awareness to conversion
Create regular reporting on customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and ROI by marketing channel
Implement continuous improvement processes to systematically enhance performance of all marketing initiatives
Refine and document RoseTree's brand guidelines to ensure consistent premium positioning across all touchpoints
Design and implement an affiliate partnership program targeting credible authorities in the finance and wealth management space
Establish a sophisticated attribution and compensation model that rewards quality over quantity of referrals
Create a partner enablement system providing education, content assets, and support that positions partners for success
Build relationships with selected high-value partners who have demonstrated credibility with high-net-worth audiences
Initially execute key marketing initiatives personally while establishing the foundation for a future marketing team
Identify skill gaps and recommend strategic hires as marketing requirements evolve

- Compensation range: $70k-$100k based on experience + commission structure (currently being built)
