Rosella is looking for a Mid-Level Performance Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of media buying strategies across digital advertising platforms.
- Create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns according to approved plans and objectives.
- Assist in planning budgets, audience targeting, placements, and creative testing to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization actions to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems using tools such as GTM, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and platform-specific tracking solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for scaling, optimization, and performance improvement.
- Monitor advertising spend and budget pacing to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Paid Advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, creative testing, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
