ROR Partners, a rapidly expanding, client-centric media marketing and data intelligence company, is seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Marketing and Business Analytics. This position will lead the development and execution of advanced, data-driven media strategies and business insights that drive measurable impact for clients across a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate is a thought leader with a robust background in marketing analytics, exceptional leadership acumen, and a proven track record of translating complex data into strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
This is a key role, responsible for managing cross-functional teams, overseeing analytics infrastructure and strategy, and representing analytics in senior-level client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the analytics vision and roadmap across all client and internal initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all things related to marketing effectiveness, consumer behavior, and business growth opportunities.
- Define and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic business outcomes across marketing, media, and operations.
Team & Organizational Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Establish frameworks and best practices for data governance, modeling, and visualization to support scalable insights delivery.
- Champion the adoption of analytics across departments including Media, Product, Client Services, and Business Development.
Client Strategy & Insights
- Lead executive-level client presentations, providing data-backed narratives that influence client strategy and budget decisions.
- Develop sophisticated customer segmentation, attribution, and media mix modeling strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Spearhead the creation of A/B testing frameworks and causal inference models to validate campaign impact and incremental lift.
Technical Direction
- Oversee the development and deployment of dashboards and tools (DOMO, Tableau, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Guide the integration and use of third-party data sources (e.g., Mintel, Placer.ai, SEMrush) and internal data platforms.
- Direct SQL and Python-based analytics efforts that support advanced modeling, customer behavior analysis, and ROI tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Quant field such as, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL, Python, advanced Excel, and at least one data visualization platform (DOMO preferred).
- Must be agile in using PowerPoint for client decks and simplified presentation of findings
- Executive presence with exceptional communication skills to influence internal stakeholders and client executives.
- Proven experience in omnichannel marketing environments, including programmatic, digital, social, OOH, and traditional media.
- Deep understanding of industry and consumer insights, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or health club industries a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Mintel, Placer. Ai and SEM Rush is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
