🚀 Roombanker is hiring an Employer Brand Specialist in Europe!

Location: Europe (Remote with travel)

Now we’re looking for an Employer Brand Specialist who will help us tell the Roombanker story across Europe — a story about technology, ambition, purpose, and the people who build it.

Your creativity will turn into campaigns, events, and content that attract top talent and strengthen Roombanker’s reputation as an employer of choice across the region.

🔥 What You Will Do

• Execute external communication activities to strengthen Roombanker’s employer brand across Europe
• Support educational and talent-pipeline initiatives with universities and tech communities
• Contribute to internal communication programs that build culture and employee engagement
• Partner with HR & Recruitment teams on hiring campaigns and talent acquisition marketing
• Organize employer-branding events, partner events, and university activations
• Produce written content for brand campaigns, social media, events, and internal communications
• Collaborate with our internal creative team to deliver design, photo, and video assets
• Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data and impact

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Communications, or Marketing
• Experience with multichannel campaigns (digital, print, OOH)
• Strong writing and content-creation skills in English (C1+)
• Experience in event marketing or BTL activities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international tech environment
• Personal qualities: detail-oriented, proactive, creative, independent, fast learner, strong sense of ownership

Extra points if you have:

• Prior experience in a tech company or startup
• Knowledge of HR marketing, talent branding, or recruitment marketing
