Role Overview:
We seek a seasoned paid media director with a proven track record in lead generation through Google and LSA platforms. This person must have experience previously working in a digital agency environment. This role is pivotal in overseeing and enhancing our paid advertising efforts across various digital channels to drive lead generation for our sales team and clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with substantial experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid advertising and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement robust marketing strategies focused on lead generation through Google Ads
- Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the marketing team, ensuring high performance, ongoing professional development, and alignment with company goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports that measure success and guide future marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets across various campaigns and platforms to maximize impact.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and adjust campaigns accordingly to achieve the best results.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to keep our strategies at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PPC Director or similar role with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
-Must have proven marketing B2B lead generation experience. The primary objective for this role is to drive opportunities for our sales team.
- Expert knowledge of Google advertising platforms, with a demonstrated track record of driving successful lead generation campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and with clients.
